Hi everybody! I am Emanuela Marenz Marcolini and since 2003 I have worked as photographer and visual artist by developing several commissions in numerous countries.

I graduated from the University of Verona (Italy), the city where I was born, with the degree in Art and Cultural Heritage. 

In 2010 I moved to England to finalise my education with the Masters of Photography at the University of Sunderland, UK. 

I use the photographic medium to explore my understanding on the contemporary society and the everyday life experimenting different photographic techniques and approaches.

I am particularly keen in investigating issues related to the concept of identity and how it is shaped by the involvement of people with the surrounding environment.

I am currently based in Verona, where I produce natural wine with my family and work on a new project.
